1. Scope of Service
We provide support for the following services (this may not be a all encompassing list):
- General Inquiries: Questions related to our services, pricing, or consultations.
- Bookkeeping Assistance: Guidance on understanding reports, financial records, and tax preparation assistance.
- QuickBooks Support: Assistance with QuickBooks Online setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Onboarding Support: Help for new clients during the initial setup of financial records and systems.
- Ongoing Service Support: Addressing issues or concerns with regular bookkeeping, payroll, cash flow management, expense tracking, and other services provided.
2. Support Availability & Channels
We are available to assist clients during the hours of Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. These hours are subject to change without warning and may not be accurate on nationally recognized holidays.
